The project times module in ingenious is time recording and scheduling in one.

Whether for individual users or for entire teams, in the freely configurable calendar view you have all appointments of your (field) employees / mechanics in view. The presentation can be done either for a day, a week or for a month. The appointments of individual resources can be displayed side by side so that the planning of the individual project responsibilities is simplified. During planning, fixed teams can be accessed or a temporary or dynamic team is formed on an ad hoc basis from the available users. Each calendar entry created for a team is also visible in each user’s calendar.

When using the module as time recording, means for the reporting of work already done, you can switch to a list view in which the entries are colored according to their billing status. Grouped by customer, commissions and / or employees it is easy to check, if calculated times have been met. For billing, the individual activities are summarized with their duration in daily work, hours, minutes and WTUs (1 working time unit = 15 minutes).
