Maintain contacts

Maintain contacts. This does not just mean entering your customers’ address details or managing their orders. Rather, you want a comprehensive overview of the entire business relationship with your customers at all times.
Ingenious determines which details are important to you. On the start page of a contacts detail view you can place all extra information in addition to the main contact details. With little effort, you can define your own views that show you the last activities for each customer:
- What were the last joint projects?
- What is the sales trend?
- Does the customer have open invoices?
- When are the next representative dates?
- Which documents were sent to the customer?
etc.
