Microsoft Visual C++ is required for ingenious versions 4.11.x.xxx and 5.0.x.xxx.

In some cases, the component is missing on the user’s PC.

 

The user receives the following error message:

 

“Could not load file or assembly ‘txtools.dll or one of its dependencies.

The specified module could not be found.”

 

The component can be installed via vcredist_x64.exe / vcredist_x86.exe from the ingenious client folder.
