Pass on rising costs via surcharges
Problems in the supply chains and shortages of raw materials are causing prices to constantly rise. In the hope that the market will calm down again, many companies are reluctant to adjust their catalogs and price lists. The effort involved in regularly republishing would also be immense.
The easier way here is to set surcharges and communicate them to customers separately. Surcharges are named as such in the ingenious software and shown separately on the sales documents. The calculation is made collectively for a material group and/or as a one-off project surcharge. The price increase is therefore precisely understandable for the customer.
