Ingenious.TRIP provides a web portal that allows drivers to access their tour list while on the move. They can see the details of each delivery and have delivery notes signed digitally.

The module’s interface can be freely customized using HTML. It is called via URL:Port/TRIP/ .

 

The web portal is password protected. Users who need access to the module must be created as users in the ingenious database. Additional informative content can be stored on the login page.

After registering, you must select the desired tour and date to display the tour list.

The tour list contains the complete addresses and telephone numbers of the customers’ delivery addresses.

The “Details and delivery note” button takes the user to the project’s details page, where he can access further information such as a desired delivery time and notes.

The “Show delivery note” button generates a PDF of the delivery note for viewing.

The “sign delivery note” button loads a signature tool that the customer can use to confirm the delivery on the device. The signature is saved using the “Sign” button.

The signature is inserted into the delivery note and the delivery note is saved in the project’s file attachments for tracking.

In addition, the signed delivery note can be automatically sent to the customer as a PDF attachment via email.
