Contact management
Contacts list view
Customers can be searched for using the contact list.
In addition to a search field, you can also filter directly in the list.
You can switch from the list view to the detailed view of a contact.
Depending on the range of functions implemented, additional functions are available via the list view, e.g. creating a new offer.

A new contact is added using the “New contact” button.
Contacts detail view
In the Contacts Detail view, the field representative can view and edit the general contact details of the selected customer, e.g. Add notes or change the contact.

Via tabs further details can be opened for the contact.
The additional addresses, such as the invoice and / or delivery address, are listed and maintained in the additional addresses.

Via the special prices tab you can view and edit the individual customer prices and discounts.
So the sales representative is always able to provide his customer with information without having to take special lists.

The notes display all notes of the contact, equivalent to the documents and notes in the local contacts detail view.

In the file attachments, the sales rep can upload customer documents or open stored documents and, if necessary, download them or even delete them if data is no longer up to date.

E-Mails
In the E-Mail correspondence tab, all e-mail correspondence with a customer or supplier can be displayed, equivalent to the E-mail correspondence in the local contacts detail view.

Appointments
In the Appointments tab, the field worker can see all past and future general appointments with the respective contact.
He can also display the project-relevant appointments.
And he can create new appointments here.
