Quotes, orders and invoices
Via the main menu the sales representative can navigate to the lists of all offers and all orders.
There he can view all project documents, search for individual and edit if necessary.

The employee can be provided with the following functions:
- Create a new offer
- Convert an offer to an order
- Finalize an offer
- Delete an offer
- Print reports
Orders and invoices can usually only be opened for viewing on the web.
An existing project document can be opened by clicking on the list entry.
The detailed view is divided into 5 sections for a better overview. The individual forms can be opened via tabs.
The general project data provide an overview of the project addresses that were loaded from the referenced contact and contain the date as well as a project name (= commission) and a subject for free entry to be filled in by the processor.

In the project items all offer items are recorded, such as
- products of the company
- single articles
- free articles
- texts
- headlines
- totals
- discounts
Existing items can be edited, copied, rearranged or deleted.

Parts lists/product configurators can be integrated for the company’s products.
The desired options are selected and the product is calculated using the configurators.
Even during the selection process, logic ensures that only technically feasible combinations can be ordered.
Errors or notes are displayed to the user directly after each validation.

If several positions of the same article but with different dimensions and possibly in different variants are to be recorded, the use of the multiposition is recommended.
After the basic variant has been configured, the individual values are recorded in a separate form.

After completing the offer, it can be printed via the corresponding button in a PDF for further use / distribution.

The created PDF can be saved as an attachment to the offer/project for traceability.
If there are other explanatory documents for a project, e.g. a hand-drawn sketch of the measurements, a fax with the customer’s request, a photo of the installation situation, etc., then these documents should also be collected as attachments in the project.

Using the mail editor in the “Send email” tab, the sales representative can send the offer directly as an email attachment.
The email address of the linked customer is already entered here, if it is stored with the contact.
The editor can also send the email to other recipients and enter a message text.
He can also add the offer as an attachment.

In the “Appointments” tab, the sales representant can view, create and edit appointments specifically for this project document.
