Produce resources sparingly and cost-efficiently. This not only refers to the use of materials, but also includes machine running times and the employees. The available manpower and machines decisively determine how much can be produced and thus also with which waiting times in order production can be expected. And precisely this information requires the order processing for reliable information on delivery dates.

In the ingenious software, all information comes together. Free capacities are calculated based on maximum unit production figures for a product or, more specifically, production times of individual operations per product and available employee minutes for each individual day. In a planning board, the positions of all orders planned for the individual days are summed and compared with the available capacities.

Conspicuous colors of the planning board signal free capacity, capacity utilization and impending overload according to the traffic light principle. If required, immediate action is taken, and a disposition view can be used to move individual orders to a new date with free capacity. At the same time, follow-up appointments are checked so that, ideally, changes can only be made within promised deadlines.
