Ingenious works with an integrated order assistant, who automatically checks in project documents and inventory values, what, how much and with which supplier must be reordered. Depending on the requirements, individual parts are ordered for filling the warehouse or project-related complete systems.

If individual parts can be ordered from different suppliers, the order assistant recommends either the one that can deliver the cheapest or the fastest.

Purchase orders can be sent directly from the program and can contain any details. In addition to various tabular order templates, manufacturers’ own order forms can also be integrated and filled.
