CRM information

The CRM information contains divers tabular and graphical reports for sales, open balances and the quote and order backlog of a customer.

The following additional functions are available in the ribbon bar:

	Refresh of the view
	Change between tabular and graphical view
Type of report	Selection of the report. Tabular report for: Monthly summary fiscal year to date Total summary by year for all sales of the customer Receipts – Monthly summary fiscal year to date Receipts – Total summary by year for all receipts of the supplier Graphical report for: Sales / contribution margin for last 12 month Quotations / Orders / Invoices of selected fiscal year Paid / Open / Reminders of selected fiscal year
